The Suzuki
Mulloway is a natural inhabitant of South Australia. The
Suzuki Seabass is a species also found in Japan.
A prized Sashimi fish, the Suzuki is regarded as the finest
of the Seabass Species by Japanese Sashimi Chefs.
Fed by the cold, saline rich waters of the Australian
Southern Ocean, the growing conditions of the Spencer Gulf
are recognised for their pristine natural environment.
